He has focused his practice in Banking and Finance Law, Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Capital Markets. Litigation related with these areas.
He completed his Law degree at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lisbon in 1985.
He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1987.
He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

He was legal aid of the Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (1988/1990).
