Guilherme completed his Law degree at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University in 2023.
Completed the lecturer’s phase of a Master’s in Law and Economics of the Sea at the Faculty of Law at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2024, and is preparing his thesis.
He is preparing his admission to the Portuguese Bar Association.
Guilherme is fluent in English and Spanish.
