Launch of biomethane and hydrogen auction worth 140 million euros

Yesterday, 27.05.2024, the opening of the competitive procedure, in the form of an electronic auction, for the purchase of biomethane and hydrogen was approved, through the publication, in the official gazette, of Order no. 5971-A/2024 by the Minister for the Environment and Energy, Maria da Graça Carvalho.
The respective parts of the procedure - Tender Programme, Annexes and Specifications - have already been made available on the website of the Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (‘DGEG’).
